The Support Worker role:

We are looking for SUPPORT WORKERS (full and part time) to join our dedicated teams in Melksham, Chippenham, Trowbridge and Devizes..

As a Support Worker you will be a key member of the team providing high standards of person centered care to four amazing people we support living in one of OLPA’s registered homes. You will need to interact and promote dignity and respect at all times. Promoting independence by assisting with cooking, cleaning, personal care, accessing the community and supporting with leisure activities is an essential part of the role.

No experience is necessary as OLPA will offer their Support Worker:

  • Competitive salary

  • A comprehensive induction package incorporating the Care Certificate, all mandatory training and Diploma as well as a wide variety of in house and external training

  • Commitment and support with ongoing training

As our Support Worker, you will need to be flexible and able to work shifts including some weekends, bank holidays and evenings/nights working within a 24/7 rota.

Promoting independence by assisting with cooking, cleaning, personal care, accessing the community and supporting with leisure activities is an essential part of the role.
